FOIA

What is FOIA about

The Arc of Horry is committed to transparency and open governance. Because The Arc of Horry receives public grant funding, certain records relating to the receipt, expenditure, and administration of these public funds are available for public inspection under the South Carolina Freedom of Information Act (S.C. Code Ann. § 30-4-10 et seq.).

How to Submit a Request

All FOIA requests must be submitted in writing. To ensure a prompt response, please identify the specific records sought, including relevant dates, timeframes, or grant project names.
