The Arc of Horry Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting and protecting the human rights of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We achieve this by fostering advocacy, community partnerships, and inclusive opportunities that support their full inclusion and participation in our community throughout their lifetimes.
